Specialist FMH in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. Neuroscientist. Entrepreneur.
I curate knowledge and tools for you from three worlds: medicine, research, business.
I work at the intersection of clinical psychiatry, neuroscience, leadership and organisations. Over the years this has grown into a broad collection of methods and perspectives that I have brought together into an approach of my own.
I want to use this particular combination of clinical experience, research, coaching and entrepreneurial practice so that people in demanding life situations benefit from it. My aim is to select, for each person, precisely what fits their personality, their role and their individual reality, and is pragmatically workable in everyday life.
My path led from clinical medicine through neuroscientific research into entrepreneurial practice. That combination shapes how I work: with the care of medicine, the rigour of science and the realism of business.
In recent years I have worked with people at the highest level of responsibility and advised numerous organisations, from large corporations and international firms to owner-led SMEs. The focus is never on theory, but on what actually holds in the everyday reality of people, leadership and teams.
From this, three clearly separated areas have emerged: the medical practice, the personal advisory work with people in responsibility, and the work with organisations.
I have symptoms (e.g. sleep, concentration, mood, energy) and would like a specialist check-up or long-term medical support.
To the practiceI carry responsibility and want a discreet sparring space, fully tailored to me.
To the coachingI lead people within an organisation and am looking for a blueprint to invest strategically in their mental health.
